Boasting an excellent location in the heart of the city, this contemporary hotel offers panoramic views of Southampton Waterfront.
Located close to the M3 and M27 motorways, this hotel is modern in design We do apologise to all of our guests in advance for the inconvenience or minor disruptions which may occur during this time, however, we will still aim to deliver our usual high standard of service to all our guests.
================ From Monday 7th January for approximately two weeks phase one starts with the Bar and Restaurant under going refurbishment. We have located a temporary restaurant and bar in the hotel and will continue to operate business as usual, offering bar snacks etc and a full menu in the restaurant.
From 21st January for approximately two weeks we will be installing a new reception area. We will have a temporary desk located in the foyer of the hotel and will offer a normal service to our clients.
Phase three will see the lounge transformed and those last finishing touches of carpets, curtains and soft furnishings before the launch of our new lower ground product on 16th February - all going to plan!

Arrive at the hotel at your leisure and check in with reception. Our porter will assist you with your car parking requirements for your stay and take luggage to your room. Once you are unpacked enjoy a traditional afternoon tea in the lounge. A Pre dinner drink will be served in the bar before making your way through to the restaurant for a three course evening meal. Enjoy breakfast fit for a king from the breakfast buffet bar and relax before packing the last of your things together ready for your departure to the cruise terminal.

From the M27 Motorway:
- Exit at junction 3 and join the M271, following signs for Southampton, the Docks and the Waterfront.
- The hotel is situated on Herbert Walker Avenue, just off West Quay Road and adjacent to Dock Gate 8.

- If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
